Amber Owens

Amber Owens is a senior at JSU pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting.  While at JSU, she has served in various leadership roles including Vice President of JSU’s Petitioning Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi.  She is also a member of JSU’s Student Accounting Association and other various student organizations.  Currently, Amber is completing an internship with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in the Chicago, Illinois, field office. She will be working with a team that is responsible for examining and supervising insured financial institutions, enforcing consumer protection laws, and resolving problem financial institutions.
