*ECE for True Distance Learning Students*
Students who qualify to take the English Competency Examination and who
have _never_ taken a course on campus may take the ECE off-campus by
providing the Director of the ECE, Ms. Susan Sellers, with the names,
addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of a proctor affiliated
with another academic institution. By doing this, such students will
also be registered for the ECE. Ms. Sellers's phone number is
