GEM 365 Training and Migration

Employee GEM accounts are being migrated to Microsoft Office 365. The migration project is currently underway and the Technology Support Center is now offering training classes to expedite this process. It is strongly recommended that all faculty and staff sign up for a training class.

Training classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-11am and 1:30pm-3:30pm.

The completion of the "Training and Migration Request Form" below will schedule the process of copying your mail, calendars, and contacts to GEM 365.  

Please ensure that you select a training date that will give the IT department at least 2 business days to process your migration request.

During the training class, you will login to your GEM 365 account and work with your migrated mail, calendars, and contacts.

Training will be held in room 359 Ayers Hall. 


Migration to GEM 365 is not optional and those not attending training will be migrated en masse late Summer 2016. 

Completion of the request form will initiate the account migration process. Migration of your account will be completed the night before your selected training date.

After migration, it is important that you discontinue the use of the old GEM system to prevent issues with your account.

It is very important that you select a training date that you can attend.

Absentees will still need to discontinue use of the old GEM system after their training date.
