Privacy and Confidentiality: All information reported in the survey will remain confidential. However, composite data will be shared with the COVID-19 Task Force and the President’s Cabinet to make plans for campus reopening. Identifying information such as name, email, or ID number will not be obtained so that the survey will remain anonymous.
