Please respond to each question based on how it best reflects your current learning situation and available resources. The results will help you understand how ready you are for online learning. Technology Equipment

Are you comfortable using online learning platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Moodle, etc.)?
How confident are you in your ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g., logging in, uploading/downloading files, posting to discussion boards, viewing web pages, watching/recording video, submitting assignments, etc.)?
How comfortable are you with asking questions or seeking help via email, chat, or discussion boards?

Self-Regulated Learning

How well do you manage your time to meet deadlines without reminders?
How often do you complete tasks without direct supervision?
How confident are you in your ability to finish the projects you start?
How comfortable are you with setting clear learning goals and monitoring your progress toward achieving them?
How motivated are you to complete coursework without face-to-face interaction with instructors or peers?

Study Habits and Academic Skills

Can you set aside an appropriate amount of time (approximately 5-15 hours) each week to work on your class?
Do you review and reflect on what you have learned to improve your understanding?
Do you seek additional resources (e.g., tutorials, webinars, study guides) when needed?

Are you comfortable reaching out to your instructor or academic support services when you need help?
