Gracie's Grind is an invigorating HIIT workout class designed to push your limits and maximize results in a supportive group environment. Led by fitness instructor Gracie, this high-energy session combines intense bursts of cardio with strength training intervals to torch calories and build lean muscle. With dynamic exercises and motivating music, participants can expect to sweat, challenge themselves, and leave feeling empowered and accomplished. Join "Gracie's Grind" for a heart-pumping workout experience that leaves you feeling stronger both physically and mentally.

Pound it out!  Get some stress & sweat out of your system with this intense workout!  Pound incorporates good music, proper mechanics, and solid heart rates to create an awesome total body workout. You'll find we can do ALOT using only sticks, our bodies, and the floor. Come rock out!

Heat up your practice with this core conditioning power yoga flow. This class is a dynamic yoga flow with lively music and fast paced sequencing. 

Come enjoy a 30-minute sweat session sculpting and toning your upper body using dumbbells and resistance!

Spinning® was founded by endurance road cyclists, and their desire to bring that authentic cycling experience indoors. You’ll get an intense, unique, experience while cycling to some jamming tunes. Come prepared with water and a towel! You will burn BIG calories and get healthier! You’ll love it!


Warmup, cool down, or just relax! This diverse class offers a variety of stretches for a low-impact, relaxing experience to gain flexibility.

Start your day with a full body stretch and strength-based yoga vinyasa flow. This class links breath with movement to find balance within the mind+body. All levels welcome! 

This class utilizes a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. Weight training provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt and get stronger!
